When you use the enquiry or sample-box form we collect the details you provide: name, WhatsApp / email, country / city, project type, floor area, the design-fee estimate shown before you send, links or descriptions of drawings / BOQ, and your message. Floor area and project type are used only to work out the per-square-metre design fee you asked for — never to price your materials package. If you message us on WhatsApp, we process the contact details and files you choose to share.
We use your details only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and manage production and shipping. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the factories and forwarders needed to fulfil your order, under confidentiality.
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox via a form service (formsubmit.co) and may be stored by that provider while in transit. We retain project records for the duration of the engagement and any period required for warranty, accounting or law.
