LANTING (Beijing Lanting Design Co., Ltd., est. 2015) is an interior design and sourcing practice. We turn one floor plan or bill of quantities (BOQ) into a consolidated whole-house customization package: materials, joinery, sanitaryware, lighting and related items, sourced from Northern China factories and delivered to your site. We are not a construction contractor and do not supply labour, land, permits or MEP plant (UPS, precision cooling, chillers, busways, servers).
We quote a single package price (CIF or FOB, your choice) confirmed against your actual drawings and specifications. Indicative prices on the website are ex-factory references only. A quotation is valid for 30 days. If exchange rates move more than 3% between quotation and order, we re-price together.
Payment schedule: 30% on order, 40% during production, 30% before shipment. For a first order we require 100% before shipment. Freight and insurance are charged at cost; we show you the forwarder’s invoice. We take no commission or rebate from any factory.
A physical sample box or showroom visit is available before production. The USD 99 sample box is fully credited against your first order. Production starts only after sample confirmation in writing.
We carry out factory QC at key stages and share photos and reports. Goods are consolidated into one container, load-planned and documented. Title and risk pass per the agreed Incoterm (FOB Tianjin or CIF to your port).
Your drawings and specifications remain your property. We do not resell or republish client drawings without permission. Project details are published on the case wall only with client release.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the package supplied. We are not liable for delays or costs arising from incorrect site measurements, local permits, installation by third parties, or force majeure. Construction and installation risk sits with a licensed local contractor.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, then by the competent courts in Beijing.
