The 30% order deposit secures factory capacity and begins engineering. Once production has started, the deposit is non-refundable because materials are cut and booked to your project.
Before production starts (after sample confirmation but before the 40% milestone) you may cancel for a partial refund of costs not yet incurred, less a 10% administrative fee. After the 40% production payment, cancellation is not available because goods are in build.
The USD 99 sample box is fully credited against your first order. If you do not proceed, it is not refundable, but you keep the physical samples.
We consolidate and QC before shipment and share photos. For claims on arrival, notify us within 14 days with photos; we arrange replacement of confirmed factory defects at our cost, or a pro-rata adjustment. Damage from improper handling, storage or installation by third parties is not covered.
We are not liable for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disaster, port closure, export control, epidemic). We will propose a revised schedule or a proportionate refund of unperformed work.
